Haddaway, stage name of Alexander Nestor Haddaway, (Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, January 9, 1965) is a musician eurodance, house music and dance classic Trinidadian. Son of a Dutch oceanographer and a nurse trinidadiana, grew up in Europe and the United States, and lives in Kitzbühel, Austria. Was successful in the world in the period 1994-1996.
Some say that, just as happened with Whigfield or Corona, he has "borrowed" his voice to other singers dance music, as CB Milton ("It's A Love Thing"), Delegation ("I Wanna Be The Winner" and "Call Me") and even the Lighthouse Family ("Loving Every Minute") due to the similarity in his voice. But there's nothing proven.
